I had an excellent evening at Pip. Between five of us we ordered three pastas and two salads to share. Highly recommend this as it was the perfect amount of food for all of us and we were able to try so much! The butter leaf was very tasty, but also very small compared to the size of the other dishes. The arugula, kale and fried cheese salad was exceptional. It had so much different textures and flavors. And the fried halloumi was excellent. Cavatelli & Burrata pasta was creamy and the pasta shape was perfect for capturing all of the delicious sauce. The truffle mushroom risotto was my favorite. It was rich, but not over powering or too heavy. I would go back for this dish again for sure. Lastly we got the beef ragu which was a very generous portion size. The pasta had a great mouth feel and the sauce was very flavorful. We all noticed that the wine pricing for a bottle was very reasonable. Our server was excellent and helped to make decisions on pairings as well.

Y U M M M M M M M M M M M! What an absolute treasure! I wish I could leave a 10 star review. — Pip is effortlessly cozy, stylish, and full of charm, and our server, Sianna was a ROCK STAR! She struck the perfect balance of warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, and so helpful with her recommendations! We started with the marinated olives with it's pickled lemon and garlic cloves were unreal! The manchego cheese was stunning perfection— Seriously, DYNAMITE! If I had to choose appetizers for my last meal THIS WOULD BE IT! The arugula and kale salad was a standout: fresh, vibrant, and lightly dressed to let the cauliflower, capers, tomatoes, and cheese shine - what a combo! This will make you fall in love with salad like Joey Tribiani loves pastrami sandwiches. For mains, the blackened chicken was juicy and boldly seasoned, the kale and brussel sprout slaw sent my pallet to a parallel universe I don't think I can come back from. Again, WHAT A COMBO! We also had the schnitzel which was golden, crisp, and paired with red cabbage and an incredible spatzle and they knocked it out of the park. To finish, we had the pavlova which was nothing short of incredible — delicate, airy, and D E L I C I O U S! We were also treated to a complimentary digestive, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Every detail, from the food to the service, felt intentional and heartfelt. Pip is the kind of place you look forward to returning to — again and again. It was our first time here, but certainly not the last. 10 stars for all the staff, and if you're looking for a great evening out, get yourself a table here, and dine in!

Excellent, friendly and professional service from Kris! He took great care of us. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere of the place is bright and beautiful. My mom and I were visiting Edmonton and would certainly return to Pip and recommend it to others.

Great place to start your day, although they don’t take reservations and we waited for an hour to be seated. They have gluten-free bread so even with celiac, you can have a gluten-free toast. The hash potatoes were delicious, as well as everything else we ordered. There are five of us and everyone found a meal they liked. The service is great and the atmosphere is very nice.
